Welcome to fabnub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the fabnub mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by fabnub ("we", "our", or "us"), a company based in India.
fabnub is a social networking application that allows you to:
fabnub uses a two-hop network model: your content is visible only to your direct friends and their friends. There is no public content on fabnub.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using fabnub, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You retain ownership of the content you create on fabnub, including questions, answers, messages, and your profile information. By posting content, you grant fabnub a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display, and distribute that content within the Service to your network (friends and friends-of-friends).

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
If you encounter content on fabnub that you believe violates these guidelines, you can report it through the in-app report option on any post or message. Your report stays confidential — the person whose content you reported is not told who reported it.
When you report a post, you will be asked to indicate the reason (for example: spam, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, or self-harm). Providing an accurate reason helps us review your report faster.
We use a layered review process modelled on standard practice across mainstream social platforms:
Most reports are resolved within 24–48 hours. Reports involving threats to safety, child sexual abuse material, or active harm are prioritised and acted on within hours, including notification to law enforcement where required by applicable law.
We take a graduated approach to enforcement. Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, we may:
If your content is removed or your account is restricted and you believe we made a mistake, you may appeal by writing to [email protected] with the date of the action and any context that helps us review the decision. Appeals are typically resolved within 7 days. Successful appeals result in restoration of the content and removal of any associated account marks.
When using the Service, you must not:
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
The fabnub name, logo, design, and all software, features, and content created by us are the intellectual property of fabnub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for content posted by users. User-generated content represents the views of the individuals who post it, not the views of fabnub.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fabnub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
